Our fiberglass pools are manufactured exactly according to the production standards and requirements of our customers. We do not skimp on materials and carefully control the quality of our products. All our fiberglass pools always contain 8 layers, thanks to which we are sure of quality and longevity. We provide a 5-year guarantee for skeletal impermeability to our fiberglass pools.
COMPOSITION
OF FIBERGLASS POOLS
The composition of fiberglass pools is the most important element. The fiberglass pool should contain all these layers to guarantee you a long life.
1. The first and most important layer of GelCoat – determines the whole look and color of the pool. The purpose of this layer is 100% water impermeability and protection against chemistry and UV rays.
2. The second layer of GelCoat is applied for even greater protection and strength of the entire pool skeleton.
3. The third layer of the so-called BarrierCoat – protection against osmosis and bubbles on the skeleton of the pool.
4. The protective layer is a special vinyl ester resin, which also serves as protection against internal influences in the pool.
5. The fifth layer consists of several (depending on the size of the pool) layers of glass mat and resin. This layer strengthens the entire pool structure in all folds of the pool.
6. This layer is composed of a steel structure that serves to support the pool collar and supports the overall strength and evenness of the pool.
7. TopCoat layer – used to protect the pool skeleton from external influences from the other side of the body.
8. Polyurethane layer (foam), which serves as thermal insulation and at the same time protects the pool from damage from the outside.

- All models can be fitted with countercurrent, lighting or, for example, automatic water treatment with a solinator.

OPTIONS
Our fiberglass pools are finished with special collar that serves to construction completion and to strengthen the pool. There are 3 options how to adapt the pool edge to the pool surroundings.
1.The pool edge under the tailing.
2.The pool edge over the tailing.
3.The pool edge to the middle of the tailing.
3D MODELS:
All our pools comes with 3D animation and technical drawing so you can easily work with your architect.
POOL TRANSPORT:
Our pools are transported on a special trailer, on which we are able to transport a pool with an internal size of maximum 3.4m x 8m without a permit. For transport of larger pools a permit for the transport of oversized cargo is required. An alternative to oversized pool transport is on-site production.
